In accordance with the By-laws, the HOA Board is composed of 7 North Carroll Farms residents that are responsible for the stewardship of the community and maintaining the existing standard of excellence. Board members are elected to 3 year terms at the Annual Homeowner’s meeting, and serve in the following positions:

- Vice President – vacant
- Treasurer – Nick Ervin
- Recording Secretary – Stacey Bollinger
- Architectural Committee Chair – vacant
- Social Committee – Stephanie Armentrout & Michelle Hardmon
- Land Use Chair – vacant
