If you live in this community, then this HOA is your organization. The more residents we have involved, the better our community is.
Do you have an improvement idea? The best, and easiest way to help out is to come to our meetings. We are volunteer-run, so we can help with your idea, but we also want your help. We have 4-5 meetings a year. Even if you can’t help with a board or committee position, you can help with a smaller piece of community improvement.
Some fun we have had in the past due to community involvement:
- Planting 286 trees in the common area (Like trees? This is an on-going project, and we would love your help with it. Contact us!)
- Designing and building the pavilion
- Designing and building the playground
- Re-beautifying the playground with mulch
- Spring Egg Hunt
- Halloween Parade & ALWAYS HUGE Halloween night (expect 150-400 trick-or-treaters, depending on your location). Plan to hang outside with your neighbors, as the barrage will be from 6-8 PM.
- Outdoor Movie nights
- Successful repaving of the huge community throughway behind the townhomes
- Hiring a management company, so our community can stay awesome, and we can do more of the fun stuff!
In order to keep the neighborhood looking its best, the architectural committee ensures that the covenants that the residents signed upon home ownership are followed and all architectural revisions are reviewed. If you would like to be involved in this process, contact us.
