Amenities

Open Space letter and brochure

In addition to being a friendly & engaged community, we share some fun amenities.

Playground

Geared for ages 2-12, our playground is a hub of activity. The trees that Girl Scout Troop 10236 planted in 2015 & 2016 are starting to give us some shade. Behind the playground is  the watershed project that began in 2017, and expanded to 286 total trees. Each year, trees that don’t make it are replaced with a variety of native species, in hopes of benefitting the environment. This is an ongoing project, and a coordinated effort by the Hampstead Tree Commission, North Carroll Farms Board & volunteer community members, Hampstead community volunteers, and Girl Scout Troop 10236. We could always use more help with this. Please email if you would like to help with this.

Pavilion

Our multi-use pavilion is available for use for all residents of North Carroll Farms. It is equipped with two charcoal grills, a basketball court, volleyball court and horseshoe pits. Join us there for fun neighborhood outings!

If you would like to reserve the pavilion please email us.

Basketball Court

Come out and play! If you are looking for an volunteer opportunity, we are looking for help re-striping this court.

***Pickleball Court

We have space to the side of our pavilion that would be perfect for a pickle ball court. We are looking for someone to spearhead this project.
